Today I share with you an easy, step by step process that you can use when you are worried or too much in your head. It will help you reconnect with your body, with yourself and with the power, trust, and wisdom within. When you are again connected with who you really are, solutions and intuitive insights can come to you.

This is about balancing the head and the heart in a very practical way.

Here is my step by step process:

1) Take a few deep breaths. Lay a hand on your belly to help you deepen the breath and feel the breath in your body.

2) Feel your body from your head to your toes. Visualise the light of your higher self to enter your body through your crown and moving all the way down to your feet.

3) Re-establixh your grounding chords: imagine or think about your grounding chords connecting your base chakra and your feet with the Earth.

4) Intend to let go of everything that is not yours. For example, affirm “I choose to let go of everything that’s not mine”.

5) Connect with your heart center and allow your heart energy to expand, so much that it encompasses your entire energyfield. This creates a reconnection with who you really are and the higher perspective.
