And I definitely know what that feels like. I was born very sensitive and empathic.
I have always felt the emotions from other people as if they were my own. But after my burnout (when I was 22!) I started a journey of learning to deal with the challenges of my sensitivity so I could turn them into gifts, and to help others do the same.
Since 2010 I have helped thousands of people throughout the world to experience their sensitivity as a strength instead of a weakness.
