This bodyscan meditation can best be done lying down. Don’t worry if you drift off or fall asleep for short periods of time. Just come back to the meditation as soon as you notice.
The meditation can also be done when you can’t sleep at night or to relax after a busy day. It is also a great way to ground yourself and come out of your head and into your body.
